Maintain directorate-level budget tracks, reconcile data across NEXT/FIRST/SNAP, draft executive briefings and guidance, evaluate funding impacts, and recommend resource solutions while ensuring compliance with acquisition and legislative requirements.

Maintain spend plans and program budget tracks, update NEXT and FIRST, build BLIs/BPO forms, analyze cost and schedule using EVM and contractor cost data, prepare funding documentation and reports, and support senior leadership briefings and program reviews.

Review and validate budget estimates, spending plans, and program data in financial systems; propose resource realignments; draft budget summaries, briefings, and correspondence; ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls; consolidate performance and reporting inputs for senior management review.
