Teams at RDA

Manage a portfolio of software optimization, maintenance, and support engagements for multiple clients. Coordinate scope, priorities, schedules, budgets, utilization, risks, workstreams, and delivery teams. Lead client communication, status reporting, ticket tracking, and quarterly business review support. Maintain work-order records and identify potential expansion opportunities for Sales and Account teams. Experience with project or ticketing tools and software services delivery is required.
