Weekend and seasonal weekday work is typical, with training provided and no prior sports industry experience required.

Officiate youth NFL FLAG games while enforcing rules, managing game flow, communicating penalties, inspecting fields and equipment, de-escalating disputes, and completing post-game reports. Officials must promote safety, sportsmanship, inclusion, and professionalism across assigned Michigan league locations. Training is provided, and assignments are seasonal 1099 independent-contractor positions with weekly pay starting at $30 per game.
