Supports academic operations for a medical school through timetable creation, attendance-system administration, VLE management, reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and student support. The role maintains scheduling parameters, student groups, course information, attendance records, and academic documents; liaises with academic, clinical, ICT, and administrative teams; supports governance and compliance; and provides guidance to junior coordinators.
