Lead and manage the competitive swim team and coaches, run practices, ensure pool safety and cleanliness, oversee meets and member communication, support recruitment/retention, enforce YMCA policies, complete incident reporting, obtain required coaching credentials, and coordinate with aquatics leadership and other departments.

Lead and manage competitive swim team programs across Lehigh Valley branches, coach age-group swimmers, supervise coaches, ensure pool safety and maintenance, support member recruitment/retention, attend meets, and implement YMCA aquatic policies and certifications.

Provide executive leadership for YMCA social services and housing initiatives, overseeing program operations, HMIS reporting, compliance, budgets, staff supervision, community partnerships, and branch facility operations to deliver measurable outcomes for individuals and families experiencing housing instability.
