Supports organization-wide HR operations, including HRIS administration, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, employee communications, and personnel records. Provides guidance to employees and leaders, assists with investigations and workplace concerns, maintains HR processes and reporting, supports audits and training, and helps foster a positive employee experience.

Provides front-desk membership service at a YMCA by greeting members and guests, answering phones, sharing membership and program information, checking facility access, handling concerns, completing incident reports, supporting retention and wellness initiatives, and helping improve member service procedures. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, cash-handling, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills, with evening and weekend availability.

The Aquatics & Wellness Specialist ensures member safety in the aquatics center, provides wellness support, enforces guidelines, and fosters an inclusive environment.
