Provides front-desk membership service at a YMCA by greeting members and guests, answering phones, sharing membership and program information, checking facility access, handling concerns, completing incident reports, supporting retention and wellness initiatives, and helping improve member service procedures. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, cash-handling, problem-solving, organization, and teamwork skills, with evening and weekend availability.

Unpaid experiential internship supporting YMCA sports and play programs. Responsibilities include assisting with daily operations, program planning and execution, member and participant engagement, observing department workflows, and contributing to projects, events, administrative tasks, and real-time problem-solving. Interns gain hands-on nonprofit experience while developing communication, professional, and community engagement skills.
