Leads overall operations and financial performance for a banking community, overseeing offices, lenders, loan and deposit growth, profitability, budgeting, policy implementation, customer relationships, and community engagement. The role requires leadership, financial analysis, communication, decision-making, and relationship banking expertise while maintaining safety and soundness.

Sells treasury management products and develops commercial deposit relationships with new and existing banking customers. Coordinates with commercial lenders, identifies customer needs, supports cross-selling, resolves treasury-related issues, and assists sales staff with complex business presentations. The role requires business development, financial analysis, relationship management, problem-solving, and travel as needed.

Manage and retain a portfolio of investment, IRA, endowment, and custody clients. Serve as the primary client contact, conduct account reviews, oversee investment allocations, administer accounts under fiduciary standards, resolve concerns, and identify relationship-deepening opportunities. Support senior advisors, collaborate with internal teams, participate in business development, and represent the bank through community involvement.
