Greet and assist customers as the dealership’s first impression, manage the reception area and showroom, record customer contacts in the CRM, multitask in a fast-paced environment, communicate proactively across departments, and help resolve customer issues while maintaining a professional appearance.

Provide in-person IT support to dealership locations in the Greenville-Anderson-Greer, SC area: install and configure hardware, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, handle onboarding/offboarding, manage tickets and escalations, provide after-hours emergency support, lead IT projects, enforce security best practices, and maintain inventory and documentation.

Manage daily sales department operations, recruit/train/coach a sales team, develop sales and marketing strategies, oversee inventory and appraisals, structure deals and finance options, ensure compliance, resolve customer issues, and drive dealership revenue and customer satisfaction.
