Provide in-person IT support to dealership locations in the Greenville-Anderson-Greer, SC area: install and configure hardware, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, handle onboarding/offboarding, manage tickets and escalations, provide after-hours emergency support, lead IT projects, enforce security best practices, and maintain inventory and documentation.

Manage daily sales department operations, recruit/train/coach a sales team, develop sales and marketing strategies, oversee inventory and appraisals, structure deals and finance options, ensure compliance, resolve customer issues, and drive dealership revenue and customer satisfaction.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles by prospecting, demonstrating vehicles, conducting test drives, following up on leads, maintaining CRM records, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering vehicle orientation, and complying with retail auto sales laws and dealership procedures.
