Oversee the dealership sales department, including recruiting, training, coaching, performance management, deal negotiation, inventory control, trade-in appraisals, pricing, finance structuring, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role leads sales strategies, monitors CRM and sales metrics, resolves complaints, and drives dealership revenue, repeat business, and team accountability.

Manages dealership finance and insurance transactions, explains financing, leases, warranties, and aftermarket products, secures lender approvals, ensures regulatory compliance, trains sales staff, coordinates with service, and meets dealership performance metrics while supporting a strong customer experience.

Provide in-person IT support to dealership locations in the Greenville-Anderson-Greer, SC area: install and configure hardware, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, handle onboarding/offboarding, manage tickets and escalations, provide after-hours emergency support, lead IT projects, enforce security best practices, and maintain inventory and documentation.
