Promote RiverSource annuity and life insurance products to Ameriprise advisors through inbound and selective outbound sales calls. Build advisor relationships, assess retirement, protection, and legacy planning needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, run product illustrations, support proposals, follow up on opportunities, and assist wholesaling teams with business development. Maintain required FINRA and state insurance licenses and continuing education.

Leads second-line technology and cyber risk oversight across business areas. Provides independent review and challenge of risk management practices, evaluates controls and risk assessments, supports governance committees, analyzes emerging risks and trends, oversees issue remediation, and develops risk reporting. Partners with technology, information security, and business leaders on strategic changes and control improvements while mentoring junior team members.

Support and execute global annual compensation processes (merit, incentive, year-end). Perform data validation, reconciliations, audits, and reporting. Partner with Compensation, HR Systems, Payroll, Finance for program administration, UAT, SOX and audit support. Maintain SOPs, training materials, and identify process improvements to enhance controls and operational efficiency.
