Manage the TLM Support Helpdesk and lead a team handling Transaction Lifecycle Management issues and related global reconciliations. Oversee capacity planning, onboarding, SLAs, business continuity, and liaise with Risk & Compliance. Drive process improvements, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and controls to mitigate financial and reputational risk while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.

Provide financial control support including month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, attestation packages, and monthly analytical reporting. Support internal/external audits and annual financial statement audits, statutory balance sheet and P&L processes, transfer pricing postings, and legal entity reporting. Maintain financial process documentation, resolve ledger discrepancies, and respond to ad hoc inquiries while developing accounting and reporting knowledge.

Lead day-to-day accounting and month/quarter-end close, prepare attestation packages, manage reconciliations, oversee statutory balance sheet and P&L processes, respond to auditors, manage transfer pricing postings, drive control improvements, and mentor finance team members.
