Lead and manage a global early talent recruitment team for Wealth Management and Insurance. Develop early talent strategies, coach recruiters, partner with HR and business leaders for workforce planning, track recruitment metrics, leverage social media and industry networks, and ensure seamless handoffs to HR COE teams.

Lead Malaysia finance accounting and reporting, ensuring SOX and statutory compliance, oversee year-end audit, budgets and forecasts, financial presentations, cost reviews, process improvements, and team development including succession planning.

Support early talent recruiting by coordinating campus events, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, preparing recruitment materials, assisting onboarding, and liaising with university partners and hiring managers.
