Oversee and coordinate the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment process for long-term care residents, ensuring federal/state compliance. Assess and document residents' physical and mental function, review and certify MDS completion, schedule assessments, participate in interdisciplinary meetings, and manage restorative nursing programs. Serve on-call monthly.
