Lead design and implementation of CDC-based real-time and batch data pipelines (Debezium, Kafka, Flink), own Snowflake strategy and medallion architectures, build infrastructure-as-code with Pulumi, maintain BI/reporting via Sigma, define data quality/monitoring, translate business requirements into scalable data models, and mentor engineers.

Lead design and implementation of CDC-based real-time and batch data pipelines, own Snowflake warehouse strategy, implement IaC for the data platform, build reporting layer, define data quality/monitoring, collaborate with product and engineering, and mentor engineers while evolving platform architecture and introducing new technologies.

Perform corporate accounting (accruals/deferrals, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset management, P-card/T&E processing) using NetSuite; support month-end close and audits. Serve as finance business partner for Agency and SellCheck: build reports, analyze results, forecast revenue/GP, track commissions, and maintain NetSuite for new projects and opportunities.
