Own the people agenda for a business function, partnering with leaders and employees on talent management, retention, engagement, workforce planning, performance, organizational change, and HR practices. Analyze people metrics and attrition trends, manage employee-cost planning, support difficult employee situations, and independently drive people projects and interventions across a 200–400 employee span.

Manage accounts receivable, revenue assurance, month-end revenue reporting, P&L variance analysis, balance sheet closing and consolidation. Support taxation, audits, process implementation, automation, and control adherence while providing unit economics insights. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, lead teams, and make independent decisions with high integrity.

Own and scale Razorpay’s X/Twitter presence by developing strategy, managing the content calendar, creating engaging multimedia content, building brand voice, growing audiences, engaging communities, coordinating stakeholders, and using performance analytics to improve reach and engagement.
