Supports business functions through end-to-end learning and development operations. Support customer onboarding for a payroll platform by guiding customers through setup, tracking onboarding progress, maintaining account records, reporting expected closures, escalating issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The role requires clear customer communication, spreadsheet proficiency, attention to detail, adaptability, ownership, and timely task completion.

Own a product area or platform charter end to end, including product strategy, roadmap, execution, metrics, and business impact. Engage customers and ecosystem partners to identify needs, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to build scalable products, prioritize specifications and tradeoffs, and drive experimentation and continuous improvement across customer experience, automation, growth, monetization, and platform evolution.
