Drive revenue, partner engagement, scalable programs, cross-functional collaboration, and track performance. Represent Razorpay at events and travel domestically up to 50% to meet partners.

Lead and scale Razorpay POS partner ecosystem (SIs, referral, OEMs, banks). Own partner strategy, commercial negotiations, GTM, cross-functional program delivery, partner onboarding and performance management to drive merchant acquisition, POS deployments, and revenue growth.

Lead and grow the Customer Data Platform engineering team, define technical strategy and roadmap, hire and mentor engineers, oversee design and delivery of large-scale data pipelines and real-time streaming, establish operational standards, partner with tech leads and cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution and engineering excellence.
