Teams at Razorpay

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to mid-market companies, engage HR, finance, and operations leaders, demonstrate Razorpay X Payroll, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Build targeted outreach lists using Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, track activities in CRM systems, test messaging sequences, and personalize outreach with AI tools.

Manage revenue assurance, month-end revenue reporting, P&L reviews, variance analysis, balance sheet closing, consolidation, taxation, audit closure, and financial controls. The role requires stakeholder management, process automation, unit economics analysis, SAP HANA proficiency, independent decision-making, and leadership across larger teams. Candidates should have a finance or commerce degree and 3–4 years of Accounts Receivable experience, ideally within a payment gateway or aggregator.

Own product strategy, customer discovery, conceptualization, development, launches, and ecosystem partnerships. Use SQL, dashboards, product analytics, experimentation, and AI agent experience to identify growth opportunities and measure impact. Define roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, collaborate with engineering and partners, execute go-to-market plans, and manage products across the acquisition-to-revenue funnel. The role requires strong business judgment, customer empathy, technical fluency, and end-to-end ownership in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
