Drive revenue and expand RazorpayX enterprise partnerships by identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, consultants, aggregators, ERP partners, and fintech ecosystem participants. Build partner engagement programs, increase adoption and transaction volumes, track performance, identify upsell and retention opportunities, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. Represent Razorpay at industry events and travel domestically up to 50%.

Build and manage strategic relationships with media, digital, and performance agencies; develop advertiser pipelines and revenue opportunities; lead consultative sales from prospecting through negotiation, campaign closure, and renewal. Create agency go-to-market plans, position audience intelligence and commerce-media solutions, drive advertiser retention and expansion, monitor market trends, and provide product feedback. Success is measured by agency penetration, advertiser activation, pipeline quality, retention, and revenue.

Manage risk identification, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, fraud and chargeback reviews, SAR preparation, and AML-CFT/KYC risk assessments for Razorpay’s IFSCA-regulated payment service entity. The role coordinates with Operations and Compliance, ensures adherence to risk policies, investigates alerts, maintains MIS and regulatory records, and supports implementation of enterprise-wide risk management practices.
