Manage high-volume HR pre-onboarding activities, including offer administration, candidate communication, documentation, background verification, system updates, and Day 1 readiness. Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Payroll, Compliance, IT, hiring managers, and vendors while tracking SLAs, resolving exceptions, maintaining accurate records, protecting confidential information, and supporting audits and process improvements.

Supports global digital software and services procurement by maintaining contract records, coordinating RFPs and bid packages, preparing pricing and financial analyses, managing contract renewals and execution workflows, and coordinating purchase orders. The role assists with contract reviews, amendments, sourcing processes, and stakeholder inquiries while using Ariba, SAP, DocuSign, and Microsoft Office tools.

Leads digital technology portfolio architecture for Pursuit and Group Functions, including Commercial, Finance, HR, and Legal. Maps business processes, defines process improvements, develops technology roadmaps, establishes architecture standards, and guides major transformation initiatives. Provides technical leadership across platforms, applications, integrations, and business processes while partnering with executives and global stakeholders. The role requires expertise in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, API governance, DevSecOps, Agile practices, and architecture portfolio management within complex industrial or aerospace environments.
