Manage and audit employee timecards and separations, process final paychecks, handle ServiceNow tickets, compile financial reports, maintain process documentation, ensure compliance with federal/state wage laws, and coordinate with other departments to resolve timekeeping issues.

Lead contract lifecycle for Patriot spares including proposal development, negotiations, execution, administration, compliance with FAR/DFARS, cross-functional coordination, customer relationship management, and contract closeout; supports sustainment and transactional spares contracting.

Provide HR shared-services support to ~3,000 employees via phone, email, chat and case management. Resolve policy and HR system inquiries, document cases, create/audit knowledge articles, escalate complex issues, and meet quality and compliance metrics using ServiceNow, Workday and related systems.
