Designs and executes functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing for MRO digital applications. Translates business requirements into test scenarios, acceptance criteria, test cases, and plans; performs API and SQL validation; investigates defects and application issues; and collaborates with business, development, QA, and DevOps teams in Agile delivery. Contributes to test automation, quality improvements, root-cause analysis, and release validation.

Partners with business and people leaders to deliver HR strategies, advise on employee relations and performance management, support workforce planning and organizational change, interpret labor laws and policies, analyze workforce data, coach leaders, and promote employee engagement and inclusion. The role collaborates with HR teams across talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee services while supporting talent management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Leads RTX India’s Global Trade compliance strategy, digital compliance solutions, software classifications, export license management, and authorization processes. Partners with corporate trade, technology, security, facilities, supply chain, and business leaders to ensure regulatory compliance. Oversees restricted-party screening, jurisdiction assessments, audits, investigations, disclosures, monitoring, SAP integrations, standard work instructions, and training for personnel and authorization owners.
