Supports classified document control and industrial security compliance at an onsite aerospace and defense facility. Responsibilities include transmitting and accounting for classified materials, auditing security assets, investigating incidents, maintaining access combinations, training custodians, supporting personnel security processes, and potentially couriering classified materials between North Texas facilities. Requires U.S. citizenship, an active Top Secret clearance, Microsoft Office experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Supports budget execution for RTX Operations Strategy and Transformation by analyzing overhead expenses, headcount, forecasts, variances, and financial performance. The analyst contributes to monthly and quarterly close activities, management reviews, business cases, cost and manpower alignment, and ad hoc analysis. The role also requires understanding financial controls, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards, and internal processes while supporting process improvements and communicating insights to management.

Manage export and import licensing and compliance activities for defense and dual-use products under ITAR and EAR. Develop authorization strategies, prepare government submissions, interpret regulations, facilitate controlled technology transfers, support compliance assessments, deliver employee training, and advise program, capture, supply chain, and international business teams. The role also reviews information for release to non-U.S. persons and mentors entry-level Global Trade personnel.
