Oversee showroom sales, operations, financial performance, merchandising, and sales associate development. Set team and individual goals, coach consultants, monitor daily performance, support customer selling, and optimize showroom displays. The role requires retail leadership, sales success, strong communication, organizational skills, computer proficiency, and flexibility for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended periods on the showroom floor.

Provides consultative furniture sales by assessing customer needs, building relationships, guiding purchase decisions, closing sales, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The role includes prospecting, lead generation, relationship management, meeting sales quotas and performance metrics, and delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should be comfortable with technology, retail schedules, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Sales experience is preferred but not required; backgrounds in hospitality, retail, teaching, or customer service are accepted.
