Implements, configures, tests, commissions, and supports warehouse automation software and controls for AGVs, AS/RS, conveyors, robotics, and powered industrial vehicles. The role integrates WMS/WCS systems, programs and troubleshoots PLCs and HMIs, develops acceptance test plans, installs software, trains customers, supports sales applications, manages software renewals, and provides field and post-installation support. Travel to customer sites, off-hours work, and collaboration with vendors, sales teams, installers, and engineers are required.

Supervises project managers and support teams responsible for warehouse storage and automation installations. Oversees schedules, budgets, vendors, quality control, staffing, training, and project execution. Manages installation managers and special programs, controls costs, identifies savings opportunities, prepares leadership reports, and ensures projects meet contractual, operational, and delivery requirements. The role also requires knowledge of warehouse systems, equipment layouts, applicable codes, and mechanical structural system installation.

Manages storage and warehouse automation projects from assignment through invoicing and customer acceptance. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, permits, vendors, materials, shipping, installation, commissioning, schedules, site visits, safety documentation, project costs, and change orders. The role maintains margins, resolves project challenges, communicates with stakeholders, and supports customer-facing project delivery. Travel is approximately 25%, with occasional off-hours work and job-site visits.
