Processes and closes service work orders, verifies billing notes and purchase orders, maintains work in progress, resolves aging and incomplete orders, and routes scheduled maintenance items appropriately. Collaborates with accounting to resolve credits and invoice disputes. The role requires accurate invoicing, strong organization and communication, computer-based desk work, occasional physical activity, and overtime or Saturday work as needed.

Manage and optimize the CRM, assign and monitor leads, maintain data accuracy, support marketing campaigns, develop materials and presentations, assist with events and invoices, provide CRM training, and perform CRM admin tasks to drive engagement, retention, and growth.

Support development and administration of EHS programs, manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work processes, conduct safety inspections and JSAs, maintain OSHA logs, SDS and training records, prepare incident reports and compliance data, assist EHS Manager, and support continuous improvement and training initiatives across warehouse and industrial sites.
