Supports outside Account Managers by processing sales and purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, handling lease documents, vendor payables, customer invoicing, inventory updates, and credit-related tasks. Maintains supplier relationships, negotiates pricing, tracks open orders, calculates commissions, supports collections, and keeps accurate sales records. Requires strong organization, communication, business math, and Microsoft Office skills, plus a high school diploma or equivalent with related experience.

The Business Development Representative identifies new opportunities, generates sales leads, makes cold calls, and collaborates with the marketing team to drive sales growth.

Manages online billing and accounts receivable collections, including invoice submission, customer follow-up, delinquent account resolution, credit and payment processing, reconciliation, dispute escalation, database maintenance, and collection-status reporting. Communicates with customers and internal departments to resolve billing obstacles and ensure timely payment. Handles high volumes of calls and emails while following documented collection procedures with minimal supervision.
