Develops and implements EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance, conducts inspections and risk assessments, prepares regulatory and safety reports, leads training and safety committee activities, investigates incidents and supports corrective actions, and manages hazardous waste and claims support across warehouse and field sites.

Provide administrative support to Account Managers by entering and maintaining customer and sales order data in CRM and VSimple, drafting quotes and proposals, coordinating with internal departments and vendors, facilitating transportation, and handling paperwork. Requires occasional local travel and overtime flexibility.

The Administrative Assistant supports operational departments by coordinating logistics, maintaining records, compiling reports, and performing clerical tasks with minimal supervision.
