Manage and supervise a team of AML analysts focused on enhanced due diligence. Oversee investigations, develop metrics and reports, provide training and mentoring, escalate AML and reputational risks, ensure compliance with USA PATRIOT Act and related regulations, respond to regulatory inquiries, and maintain AML policy and best-practice knowledge.

Build and maintain production-quality Python code for portfolio construction, optimization, and statistical analysis. Automate investment workflows, validate models, and create interactive visualizations to support investment decision-making and reporting.

Handle new client onboarding and existing account maintenance, troubleshoot documentation mismatches, provide operational support to advisors and clients via phone/email, collaborate with Trade Operations and Business Development to ensure efficient account setup, and perform miscellaneous operational duties to improve client experience.
