Architect and build secure, scalable agentic AI systems using LLM frameworks, AWS services, retrieval technologies, and multi-agent orchestration. Develop production-grade infrastructure, tool integrations, monitoring, evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and governance controls. Optimize agent performance, latency, reliability, and cost while collaborating with data science, engineering, security, risk, and compliance teams. Lead full lifecycle delivery from design through deployment and continuous improvement, including cloud-native and on-premises LLM solutions.

Directs compliance testing for Private Client Group operations, overseeing testing engagements from planning through reporting. Manages testing framework enhancements, risk-based plans, regulatory exam and audit requests, issue remediation, and reporting to management and committees. Leads, coaches, and evaluates compliance associates while ensuring controls and procedures align with SEC, FINRA, state regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Provides Level 2 production support and administration for enterprise automation and analytics platforms, including UiPath and Alteryx. Manages cloud and on-premises environments, deployments, upgrades, monitoring, access, licensing, performance, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting. Performs root-cause analysis, maintains operational documentation, collaborates with infrastructure, security, development, and vendor teams, and identifies process improvements. Supports SLA commitments, reporting, capacity planning, and on-call operations.
