Leads accounting policy, technical accounting research, complex transaction analysis, new product accounting, standards implementation, acquisition accounting, and auditor engagement. Oversees accounting policy governance, prepares technical memoranda, advises Finance and business leaders, and manages a team of accounting professionals. Requires strong U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, acquisition accounting, internal controls, and financial services expertise, along with CPA certification and extensive accounting experience.

Leads the enterprise Finance transformation strategy, overseeing financial systems, data governance, process improvement, AI adoption, and the Finance PMO. Partners with executive, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Finance leaders to modernize operations, improve automation and controls, govern technology roadmaps, and deliver large-scale transformation programs. Manages senior leaders and develops organizational capabilities while ensuring initiatives align with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and long-term business growth.
