Monitors permits, job postings, lease transactions, and economic development announcements; qualifies leads, logs signals in CRM, maintains a pipeline of 20+ qualified opportunities, and coordinates warm handoffs to sales. Represents the company at industry events, co-hosts planning sessions, and partners with marketing on content. Requires frequent travel to customer sites.
