The Sr. Sales Consultant will identify new business opportunities in manufacturing and warehouse sectors, providing solutions for operational challenges and enhancing customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Manage business-to-business collections for open receivables, including collection calls, payment correspondence, refunds, account adjustments, discrepancy resolution, and customer disputes. Monitor assigned accounts, reduce delinquencies, maintain account records, and meet department activity goals. Provide responsive customer service, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, escalate collection issues when needed, and support Accounts Receivable team operations.

Lead the design and delivery of complex automated material handling systems, including conveyors, sortation, pallet handling, AS/RS, robotics, and integrated technologies. Evaluate customer requirements, develop system layouts, drawings, technical proposals, cost estimates, documentation, and bills of material. Support projects from concept through execution and integration, coordinate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, conduct site visits, review technical work, and mentor engineering team members.
