Maintain and evolve the Figma design system, produce detailed specs, assist senior designers with flows and assets, audit components for consistency, collaborate with engineers, and promote accessibility and scalable UI patterns.

Lead technical direction for Internal Tools, designing and building end-to-end front-end and back-end systems. Implement recommendation, ranking, and search capabilities, reduce technical debt with refactors, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and ensure secure admin interfaces and reusable tooling.

Lead design, build, and operate scalable backend services for Maps, Location, and Directory search. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, own product components, apply CI/CD and SDLC best practices, optimize data and query performance, and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data.
