Leads daily accounting operations, general ledger activities, reconciliations, financial close, reporting, budgeting, internal controls, audits, grant compliance, and governmental reporting. Oversees accounting and payroll staff, develops team members, supports the CFO with financial planning, and provides financial guidance across the organization. Ensures GAAP compliance and strengthens financial sustainability through accurate analysis, controls, and cross-functional collaboration.

Support individuals with and without disabilities in recreational programs and events: assist setup, facilitate activities, encourage inclusion, monitor behavior, maintain safety, and follow supervisors' directions. Part-time, flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Provide leadership and supervision for Residential Coordinators, Supervisors, and over 100 Direct Support Professionals across Community Living Resources homes. Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and high-quality person-centered supports; design and deliver staff training; oversee performance management; foster team development and community partnerships; travel to DuPage County locations and support onboarding and family engagement to promote independence and inclusion.
