Develops and executes a grants and foundation relations strategy to increase philanthropic revenue. Leads grant prospecting, proposal and report writing, funder relationship management, grants tracking, compliance, reporting, and pipeline monitoring. Collaborates with program, finance, marketing, data, and executive teams to align funding priorities, budgets, and impact reporting. Contributes to broader development strategy, revenue forecasting, campaign planning, and team development.

Creates, publishes, and optimizes visual, digital, social, website, email, and campaign content. Responsibilities include graphic and video production, social media management, website and CMS updates, email deployment, SEO support, audience engagement, performance reporting, and content testing. The role collaborates with communications, marketing, and creative leadership to maintain brand consistency and meet campaign goals.

Leads residential living unit operations and provides direct care, supervision, and therapeutic support to at-risk youth. Coordinates staff assignments, activities, transportation, appointments, and treatment-plan implementation. Mentors and trains direct-care staff, conducts supervision, oversees medication administration, reviews documentation, supports educational and recreational programming, and responds to crises. Ensures a safe, trauma-informed environment while maintaining licensing, regulatory, and organizational compliance.

Provides overnight leadership, supervision, safety monitoring, therapeutic support, and crisis response for youth in a residential program. Leads overnight direct-care staff, conducts rounds, supports treatment plans and morning transitions, oversees medication administration, coordinates services, completes required documentation, and maintains licensing and regulatory compliance. Requires collaboration with treatment teams, coaching staff, and maintaining a trauma-informed environment.
