Provides full life-cycle federal acquisition support, including solicitation and contract documentation, market research, cost and price analysis, negotiation memoranda, contract administration, modifications, closeout, and procurement-system recordkeeping. Ensures compliance with FAR, EDAR, and agency policies, supports review boards, collaborates with program offices, mentors junior specialists, and manages deadlines in a remote environment.

Develops and maintains security configuration baselines using CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, vendor guidance, and NIST standards. Assesses system configurations, researches vulnerabilities, identifies compliance gaps, and recommends remediation. Translates technical requirements into FISMA and customer-specific controls, documents security standards, and collaborates with technical stakeholders to implement secure configurations. The role requires at least five years of IT operations experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination.

Designs, develops, deploys, and maintains secure full-stack applications and infrastructure across development, test, staging, and production environments. Manages Linux systems, Kubernetes clusters, cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, security scanning, and compliance monitoring. Troubleshoots complex software and operational issues, supports Zero Trust practices, documents technical solutions, and collaborates with engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams in a mission-focused environment.
