Coordinates health, safety and wellbeing training, inductions, reporting, audits, meetings, records and systems. Supports injury management, occupational health, wellbeing initiatives, incident investigations and corrective actions. Maintains accurate documentation, dashboards and compliance information, including ACC audit requirements. Provides administrative and stakeholder support to the ESG & Safety team while identifying process improvements and ensuring HSW systems operate effectively.
