Advises dairy, cropping, sheep, and beef farmers on soil fertility, pasture, crops, livestock, nutrient use, and sustainable practices. Builds customer relationships, conducts farm visits, identifies needs, delivers tailored agronomic solutions, achieves sales targets, uses agricultural technology, and develops strategies to improve profitability, environmental outcomes, and land value.

Performs environmental compliance sampling and analysis, fertiliser in-process quality control, dispatch testing, and laboratory quality-system maintenance. The role includes manual factory sampling, preparing materials and solutions, operating and troubleshooting analytical equipment, reviewing and interpreting results, communicating recommendations to production staff, and supporting rapid customer sample turnaround and continuous improvement.

Manage Ravensdown’s key customer and commercial partnerships across the North Island. Responsibilities include developing account plans, identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, delivering tailored solutions, advising customers, monitoring market trends, coordinating internal teams, and achieving sales and market-share targets. The role requires strong relationship management, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with agribusiness experience advantageous.
