Assist credit union members through virtual channels with account services, transactions, financial products, and lending needs. Open accounts, interview applicants, process and close loans, disburse funds, verify income and identification, identify potential fraud, resolve information discrepancies, and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with internal departments to provide seamless member service while generating reports, interpreting data, and managing competing deadlines.

Supports members with existing loans by processing payments, answering payment inquiries, performing loan account maintenance, and providing guidance on loan management. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, knowledge of loan documentation and financial industry fundamentals, and professionalism when handling sensitive member interactions.
