Maintain account, opportunity, pricing, and engagement data in Dynamics 365; collaborate with commercial, marketing, and customer experience teams; support order management and customer onboarding; provide account intelligence; and meet customer engagement, conversion, and KPI goals.

Drives business growth for engineered plastic materials across Latin America by identifying customers, developing technical and commercial solutions, managing opportunities, supporting molding trials, securing material approvals, and coordinating internal and external projects. Maintains customer relationships, conducts market research, supports product development, manages regional sales plans, and serves as the primary technical customer contact. Requires plastics expertise, engineering education, English and Spanish fluency, regional manufacturing experience, and travel.
