Lead and execute technology transfer and validation for radiopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing, including process validation, lifecycle management, documentation, training, regulatory inspection support, and cross-functional coordination during facility startup and ongoing operations.

Develop and optimize radiopharmaceutical GMP manufacturing processes and lead tech transfer to internal and external CDMO sites. Design process qualification/validation, author GMP documentation and regulatory sections, support investigations and corrective actions, train manufacturing personnel, ensure GMP/GLP compliance and inspection readiness. Occasional travel (~10%) for transfer and troubleshooting.

Lead analytical method development and optimization (HPLC, TLC, LC-MS, GC) for radiopharmaceutical candidates, advance methods to GMP/GLP for tech transfer, design and execute method qualification/validation, author regulatory and QC documentation, train QC staff, support OOS/OOT investigations, ensure cGMP/GLP/data integrity and inspection readiness, and coordinate technology transfer with CDMOs (occasional travel ~10%).

The Senior Director of Quality Control oversees analytical and microbiological testing, develops quality systems, and leads a QC team in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
