Manage and grow B2B travel-partner relationships across South Italy, including tour operators, agencies, TMCs, and OTAs. Expand territory presence, support partner performance, deliver system training, present products, resolve issues, oversee payment accuracy, analyze market competition, report through CRM systems, and develop API partnerships. The role is remote but requires approximately 30% travel for client meetings, industry events, and business activities.

Manage end-to-end corporate and VIP travel arrangements, including hotels, transportation, flights, rail, cruises, and custom experiences. Advise corporate travelers, coordinate bookings and payments, negotiate with suppliers, resolve changes and cancellations, and monitor service-level performance. Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales, Support, and Account Management teams to deliver accurate, high-quality service. The role requires corporate travel expertise, English and Italian proficiency, strong communication, supplier negotiation, organization, CRM fluency, and proactive problem-solving.

Drive sales and partnerships across the South Cone by signing and training B2B travel partners, managing accounts, ensuring commercial compliance, executing deals and technical setups (including API), conducting market analysis, reporting via CRM, and spending ~50% time on business travel and events.
