Lead AI Implementation Specialists and Solution Engineers while building Raspberry AI’s enablement function. Manage hiring, performance, capacity planning, customer handoffs, enterprise onboarding, training, adoption, presales support, and team metrics. Develop playbooks, role-based training, certifications, demos, and customer-facing workflows. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support revenue, improve adoption, identify churn risks, and translate customer feedback into product priorities.

Own strategic enterprise customer relationships from post-sale through renewal and expansion. Drive AI adoption across complex organizations, develop account plans and ROI frameworks, lead executive business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, manage churn risks, and advise fashion and retail customers on AI-assisted creative workflows. Partner cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and represent the company at customer sites and industry events.

Lead enterprise customer implementations from sales handoff through onboarding, training, and Customer Success handoff. Map fashion and retail workflows, teach generative AI techniques, create scalable enablement resources, monitor adoption, and provide product feedback. The role requires deep familiarity with fashion design and product-development tools, strong teaching skills, hands-on generative AI experience, organized implementation management, and willingness to travel for customer training.
