Own the core design and generative experience for an AI platform serving fashion and retail teams. Lead discovery, product strategy, workflow design, evaluation, activation, trust, metrics, and rapid launches. Partner with engineering and customers to help nontechnical designers achieve high-quality, production-ready outputs. Success requires strong product sense, aesthetic judgment, systems thinking, comfort with probabilistic AI products, data-driven decision-making, and high ownership in an early-stage startup.

Lead enterprise AI workflow adoption for fashion and retail customers: assess workflows, build scalable playbooks and enablement, run workshops and trainings, advise executives on operational change, and influence product and roadmap through customer insights.

The Business Development Representative will generate pipeline, qualify leads, close small deals, and collaborate with AEs in a high-caliber selling environment.
