Own and expand strategic enterprise accounts ($1B+ retailers and global brands). Build account plans, drive AI adoption, lead executive reviews, identify expansion, mitigate churn, advise on creative workflows, and partner with product, engineering, and sales. Represent the company at customer sites and events.

Lead product positioning and messaging, own GTM strategy and execution for launches, conduct market and customer research, manage competitive intelligence, support content and demand campaigns, and enable sales with localized materials and training to drive pipeline.
