Design, implement, integrate, and support OpenText/Micro Focus enterprise monitoring and IT operations solutions. Responsibilities include configuring monitoring platforms, dashboards, reports, automation workflows, integrations, and cloud environments; troubleshooting and optimizing performance; supporting modernization initiatives; and developing custom monitoring solutions. The role also provides technical leadership, mentoring, customer presentations, solution architecture support, and pre-sales assistance.

Develops and manages structured IT release strategies, calendars, readiness checks, risk assessments, rollback plans, governance, and deployment execution. Coordinates development, QA, operations, and business teams across multiple releases. Standardizes release processes and applies ITIL, DevOps, CI/CD, progressive rollouts, feature flags, and automation. Tracks deployment and change-failure metrics while ensuring releases are tested, compliant, stable, and predictable.
