Analyze warehouse volumes, operational logs, and customer data to support ASRS planning. Run simulations, identify bottlenecks, create customer operational reports, and improve analytical processes and tools. Collaborate with pre-sales engineering, sales, solutions, engineering, and operations teams, communicating findings and improvement ideas for product development and customer negotiations.

Lead corporate finance with primary ownership of equity fundraising and capital strategy. Build investor relationships, negotiate financing transactions, prepare investor and governance materials, and oversee accounting, legal, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and IPO-readiness specialists. Manage cross-functional finance team members and represent the company to domestic and international investors in English and Japanese.

Own full sales cycle for robotics automation deals: run discovery, model solutions and ROI in Excel, produce proposals, lead customer meetings and partner relationships, and close deals while collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.
