Provide after-market technical support for autonomous mobile robot systems, troubleshooting UI, localization, sensors, integrations, telemetry, and system health issues. Deploy CI/CD updates to client sites, maintain deployment pipelines and automation scripts, configure testing environments, and support site deployments. Document root causes, implement patches, collaborate with development teams, and improve product reliability while managing customer-facing technical communication.

Lead corporate finance with primary ownership of equity fundraising and capital strategy. Build investor relationships, negotiate financing transactions, prepare investor and governance materials, and oversee accounting, legal, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and IPO-readiness specialists. Manage cross-functional finance team members and represent the company to domestic and international investors in English and Japanese.

Own full sales cycle for robotics automation deals: run discovery, model solutions and ROI in Excel, produce proposals, lead customer meetings and partner relationships, and close deals while collaborating with engineering and analytics teams.
