Candidates should have Python experience, basic machine learning and deep learning knowledge, Git familiarity, and exposure to AWS ML services.

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in cloud, IT infrastructure, managed services, and digital transformation. Responsibilities include account planning, CXO relationship management, cross-selling, upselling, renewals, contract expansion, customer business reviews, pipeline development, CRM forecasting, and coordination with technical, delivery, marketing, and partner teams. The role requires achieving revenue targets while improving retention, customer satisfaction, and account wallet share.

Owns governance, tracking, optimization, reporting, and compliance for OEM and ISV partner funding programs. Maintains funding repositories, eligibility matrices, dashboards, calendars, SOPs, risk registers, and executive reports. Coordinates Sales, Alliances, Finance, Legal, Delivery, IT, PMO, and partner stakeholders to improve approval rates, utilization, documentation, automation, and audit readiness. Supports OEM relationship management, escalations, program updates, and quarterly business reviews.
