Leads global enterprise information systems, including ERP and CRM platforms, migrations, AI initiatives, vendor management, testing, change management, training, and post-deployment support. Manages hundreds of information systems, business processes, in-house developers, and the IS team while translating business needs into technical solutions and overseeing software renewals and contracts.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support across macOS and Windows for Latam and global employees. Manage service tickets, endpoint provisioning, device policies, user access, onboarding and offboarding. Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Jira Service Desk and related tools. Support regional IT projects, office technology rollouts, troubleshooting, employee training and documentation while coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Spanish.

Lead global compliance operations projects, audit and regulatory examinations, scheme registrations, process improvements, KPI reporting, and AI-driven automation. Partner with Compliance, Risk, Data, R&D, Finance, Legal, auditors, regulators, and card schemes. Build evidence packages, coordinate remediation, modernize workflows, translate operational needs into technical requirements, and drive continuous improvement across a global fintech environment.
