Serve as the technical escalation focal point for B2B clients: manage major production outages, troubleshoot and resolve issues, produce RCAs, analyze transaction flows and design gaps, collaborate with engineering on feature development and production quality, maintain knowledge base and support processes.

Manage procurement across seven LATAM countries and oversee administrative operations for five regional offices. Lead RFQs, supplier onboarding, negotiations, contract management, cost-saving initiatives, procurement automation, ERP improvements, audit responses, and budget control while training stakeholders on procurement processes.

Operate from Bogotá as a Global HR Business Partner supporting LATAM and US units. Provide strategic HR partnership, talent management, performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, and lead complex cross-functional HR projects while liaising with Talent Acquisition and senior leaders.
