Translate operational needs into product requirements, design scalable processes and SOPs, coordinate testing and rollouts, drive incident resolution and RCA, and partner with BI to define dashboards that support data-driven FinOps decisions.

Design, automate, and scale global AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Python. Manage containerized microservices on Kubernetes/EKS, build CI/CD pipelines, configure multi-account networking and security, monitor performance and costs with observability tools, ensure compliance (SOC 2, PCI-DSS), and deliver reusable IaC modules into production.

Lead and execute monthly close, prepare accruals and reporting packages, support statutory and annual financial reporting and audits, supervise bookkeeping staff, and review financial data accuracy.
