Lead Rapta’s quality engineering function across software, hardware-integrated systems, and industrial deployments. Build the QA team, define end-to-end quality strategy, expand automated testing, validate hardware/software interactions, establish release criteria and quality metrics, and lead defect triage and root-cause analysis. The role partners across engineering, product, systems, and customer teams to ensure reliable AI, robotics, computer vision, and manufacturing solutions.

Owns the complete customer order lifecycle from onboarding and procurement setup through production scheduling, materials purchasing, fulfillment, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Manages customer compliance and contract documentation, coordinates sales, production, engineering, and shipping, handles inbound customer issues, and maintains order-status reporting. Requires substantial experience with enterprise procurement portals, MRP systems, manufacturing supply chains, commercial contracts, and defense-industry compliance requirements.

Develop distributed microservice systems on Linux, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical innovation focusing on AI and manufacturing technology.
