The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement backend systems for a B2B platform, ensuring reliability and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging AI tools.

Lead end-to-end post-sales implementations of RapidSOS platform at emergency communications centers. Manage VoIP integrations, on-site hardware/software setup, testing, and technical troubleshooting. Coordinate with IT, telephony providers, and internal teams, travel frequently to customer sites, assess risks, and improve implementation playbooks.
