Support the Community Manager with leasing, financial and operational tasks: processing invoices, rent collection, bank deposits, reconciliations, vendor management, lease enforcement, resident relations, property upkeep, and acting as on-site supervisor when needed.

Manage daily property operations to meet financial and operational goals: hire and train staff, enforce leases, oversee maintenance and vendor relationships, execute leasing and marketing strategies, manage budgets and reports, handle resident relations and safety, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Support the Community Manager with financial and operational tasks including accounting, invoicing, rent collection, deposits, reconciliations, leasing and marketing activities, resident relations, vendor and maintenance coordination, property appearance and safety, and act as on-site supervisor when needed.
