The Community Manager oversees property operations, employee management, budget compliance, marketing strategies, and ensures tenant satisfaction and safety.

Serve as the community’s first point of contact, execute leasing and marketing activities, plan and run resident events, support move-ins and renewals, handle resident communications and concierge needs, and maintain property show quality and records to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

Support the Community Manager with leasing, financial operations, rent collection, invoicing, deposits, reconciliations, lease enforcement, vendor management, resident relations, property appearance, and act as on-site supervisor when needed.
