Supports the Community Manager with apartment community operations, leasing, marketing, financial reporting, invoice processing, rent collection, reconciliations, vendor coordination, lease enforcement, resident relations, and property inspections. Assists with occupancy and revenue goals, maintenance coordination, safety standards, and property performance reporting. Acts as on-site supervisor when the Community Manager is absent and may perform local business travel and weekend work.

Manages daily operations of a multifamily property, including team leadership, hiring, leasing and marketing strategies, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, lease enforcement, owner and vendor relationships, resident issue resolution, property inspections, safety, and maintenance coordination. The role requires weekend availability, local business travel, customer service, and proficiency with property management and office software.
