Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to model costs, support pricing and new product launches, improve inventory controls, and present insights to leadership. Requires regular on-site plant engagement and support for monthly close and continuous improvement.

Drive operational excellence across feed production sites using Lean methods. Lead kaizens, Gemba walks, time studies, root cause analysis, and data-driven projects to improve safety, quality, throughput, equipment uptime, and cost performance while coaching teams and standardizing processes.

Drive operational excellence across feed production by leading Lean continuous improvement initiatives (kaizens, SMED, 5S, standard work), performing time studies and data analysis, coaching operators, supporting quality/CAPA, documenting & standardizing processes, and coordinating multi-site improvement projects.
