Teams at Range Mental Health Center

Provide community-based individual and group peer support using lived experience to promote recovery, assist with treatment plan goals, benefits coordination, crisis support, documentation, mentorship of Level I peers, transportation, and participation in supervision and team meetings. Complete required continuing education and comply with regulatory and program policies.

Provide peer-based individual and group support to people with mental health or substance use challenges, assist with treatment plan goals, referrals, benefits, crisis assistance, transportation, documentation, advocacy, and recovery-focused skill building. Participate in team meetings and complete continuing education.

Provide one-to-one and group peer support using lived experience to coach, advocate, and connect Bois Forte members to mental health and substance use services. Complete documentation, assist with treatment goals and benefits, provide crisis support and transportation, attend meetings, and maintain required certifications and training.
