Manage team performance, safety compliance, inventory accuracy, KPI reporting, and continuous process improvements while coordinating with cross-functional partners.

Sell and grow suspension and drivetrain product lines by prospecting, onboarding distribution partners, managing accounts, creating account plans, analyzing sales data, forecasting, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive revenue and improve customer experience.

Manage multi-state payroll processing and recordkeeping, ensure compliance with wage and tax laws, reconcile payroll and benefits invoices, administer health/retirement/COBRA/FMLA programs, support audits and reporting, and liaise with managers and carriers to resolve payroll and benefits issues.
