Conduct quantitative research and data science, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization. Design interactive dashboards, visual analytics, web applications, APIs, and data products using tools such as R, Python, Shiny, Streamlit, Tableau, and Power BI. Communicate complex evidence to technical and non-technical audiences, support multidisciplinary research teams, apply visual design and accessibility principles, and contribute to AI, statistical modeling, and machine learning projects.

Lead and deliver policy research focused on biotechnology, biosecurity, biological surveillance, and emerging biological risks. Responsibilities include project leadership, business development, proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, mentoring researchers, managing budgets and teams, producing policy reports, and communicating findings to government, philanthropic, and scientific audiences.

Conduct mixed-methods policy research focused on biotechnology, biosecurity, and biological surveillance. Responsibilities include qualitative and quantitative analysis, literature reviews, interviews, workshops, surveys, modelling, project coordination, report and proposal writing, client engagement, and business development. The role also involves building sector networks and communicating research findings to policymakers, funders, collaborators, and wider audiences.
