Supports project management for commercial construction projects under the supervision of project leadership. Responsibilities include updating schedules, processing submittals and RFIs, assisting with subcontractor procurement, coordinating project delivery, and supporting project closeout. The role is designed to provide foundational experience for advancement to Senior Project Engineer.

Manage preconstruction activities for national commercial construction accounts. Responsibilities include client relationship management, conceptual estimates, bids, pricing analysis, quantity takeoffs, cost and labor estimates, subcontractor solicitation, site surveys, budgets, RFIs, and review of drawings, specifications, and RFPs. The role collaborates with clients, architects, engineers, marketing, and project teams while analyzing market pricing, procurement opportunities, and project risks.

Leads commercial construction project delivery across multiple teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project teams, budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, change orders, financial reporting, client relationships, project closeout, and complex issue resolution. The role also supports business development, proposal preparation, staff hiring and evaluations, and mentoring Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents.
