Oversee corporate accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, consolidation, intercompany accounting, cash-flow forecasting, audit support, tax compliance, and internal controls across Canadian and U.S. entities. Lead financial consolidations involving multiple currencies, improve accounting and reporting processes, support ERP and consolidation system development, and collaborate with Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and global teams.

Oversee multi-entity month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, internal controls, audits, and statutory compliance. Mentor accounting staff, investigate discrepancies, improve finance processes, and support ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives. Partner with Operations and Finance stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and maintain accurate, timely financial information.

Process vendor invoices and payments across multiple entities, maintain vendor records, resolve discrepancies, perform reconciliations, prepare accruals, and support month-end close, reporting, audits, and process improvements. The role ensures accurate, timely, and well-documented accounts payable transactions while following internal controls and collaborating with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and vendors.
