Coordinate and estimate multiple short-term construction projects: prepare quotations and job packages, conduct site reviews, manage documentation, liaise with operations and foremen, submit utility locates, troubleshoot onsite issues, maintain forecasts, and support project scheduling and mobilization to ensure safe, timely delivery.

Provide administrative support for rental and billing operations: prepare quotations, process rental agreements and purchase orders in the ERP, generate and verify invoices, coordinate work orders, maintain records, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with month-end billing and reporting while collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Finance.

Manage planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and safety compliance for temporary barrier, traffic safety barrier, and guide rail projects across Ontario. Lead unionized crews and heavy equipment, maintain project documentation and schedules, monitor productivity and costs, coordinate material procurement, build customer relationships, and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
