Coordinate and support leadership development, coaching, talent review, and OD programs. Manage logistics, communications, data and survey administration, participant engagement, reporting, and process improvement across learning systems and HRIS.

Lead design and delivery of a scalable, governed cloud data platform (lakehouse/medallion) including ELT pipelines, AI/ML-ready data products, knowledge graphs and vector stores; drive data quality, governance, architecture standards and stakeholder collaboration across clinical and business teams.

Provide expert clinical coding audit support across hospitals and payor relations. Respond to external payor audits, contribute to internal audit programs, analyse findings, report outcomes, support dispute resolution, and drive coding/documentation improvements while maintaining compliance with Australian Coding Standards, DRG classification, and revenue processes.
