Teams at Ramp

Manage compensation operations, maintain accurate employee data across HRIS and connected systems, support benefits administration and reconciliation, create SOPs, and partner cross-functionally to ensure timely, auditable people operations processes.

Evaluate business applications for Ramp's corporate card and bill pay products (EU and US), analyze financial and bank data, recommend underwriting outcomes, request additional information, maintain SLA and quality, build SOPs and workflows, monitor trends, and apply AI/automation to improve speed and consistency.

Lead Ramp's Brand team to define visual identity, voice, and brand strategy across product and marketing. Build AI-enabled production systems, scalable creative operations, and recruit and develop top design talent. Partner with cross-functional leaders, manage agencies/freelancers, and deliver major brand initiatives annually.
