The Senior Product Partnerships Manager will own strategic product partnerships, manage integrations, negotiate terms, and ensure successful product launches.

Own expansion and retention for a scaled portfolio of Ramp customers. Identify growth opportunities, manage upsell and cross-sell strategies, execute sales processes through close, and maintain an expansion pipeline. Serve as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, gather feedback for product and communications teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency. The role requires consultative selling, customer engagement, CRM usage, product demonstrations, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Support senior executives by managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, communications, budgets, expenses, vendors, and sensitive information. The role requires proactive coordination, sound judgment, discretion, and strong stakeholder partnership. Executive Assistants will also build workflows, documentation, and automation using AI and modern collaboration tools to improve organizational efficiency and executive leverage.
