Provides broad U.S. and international employment counsel, including employee lifecycle guidance, immigration and global mobility, investigations, disputes, agreements, transactions, and employment infrastructure. Partners with People, Talent, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and business leaders; manages outside counsel; supports M&A and new-market entry; and develops scalable policies, training, and processes.

Lead complex technical programs across engineering, product, and business teams, from infrastructure scaling and reliability through delivery and retrospectives. Coordinate dependencies, align roadmaps, improve incident response, establish TPM standards, and help teams apply AI tools to software development. The role requires strong technical judgment, systems thinking, cross-functional leadership, and hands-on program execution.

Build and govern AI-driven financial crime compliance systems across transaction monitoring, sanctions, complex fraud, and enhanced due diligence. Partner with Engineering to design labeling workflows, test sets, evaluation frameworks, documentation, and governance processes. Translate compliance judgment into test cases and build specifications, assess model performance, recommend automation adoption, and escalate model-risk trade-offs. The role requires senior investigative expertise and strong project management, analytics, and AI fluency.
