Establishes presales operating rhythms, coaches discovery and demos, improves solution fit and value-based selling, supports complex opportunities, and builds scalable playbooks and enablement. Partners with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Account Management, and Technical Consulting to improve customer outcomes, capacity planning, handoffs, and team performance through data-driven processes and AI-assisted workflows.

Leads Ramp’s Strategic Technical Consulting team and owns post-sales technical implementation for major enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include team development, solution design, ERP and API integration escalations, activation milestones, delivery capacity planning, KPI management, executive stakeholder communication, and cross-functional partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. The role also shapes strategic delivery models and converts customer insights into product improvements.
