Ramp Benefits Overview

Leads a team of 5–8 Account Managers responsible for customer growth, quota attainment, product activation, retention, and expansion. Builds scalable account-management playbooks, coaches reps, hires and develops talent, forecasts performance, improves processes, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product.

Manages and develops a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for acquiring and closing new business. Provides coaching, hiring, quota management, pipeline strategy, forecasting, and cross-functional leadership. Builds sales playbooks, dashboards, performance metrics, and process improvements while personally supporting end-to-end sales efforts. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and executive leadership to improve team productivity and revenue outcomes.

Own and expand Ramp’s AI spending research, including the Ramp AI Index, new adoption and ROI metrics, international analysis, and customer-facing insights. Produce research reports, visualizations, presentations, dashboards, and interactive tools for finance leaders. Translate data into recommendations for budgeting and AI strategy, collaborate with growth teams on distribution, and communicate findings through writing, events, and executive engagement.
