Ramp Benefits Overview

Own operations for Ramp products, using customer feedback and product analytics to identify improvements, develop scalable processes, support launches, manage incidents, and oversee partner and vendor relationships. Collaborate with product, engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to drive cross-functional initiatives and inform product roadmaps. The role requires at least two days per week in person at Ramp’s New York City headquarters.

Own quota-carrying technical sales for Ramp’s AI applications, agents, and infrastructure. Lead discovery, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, ROI and total cost of ownership analyses, technical validation, objection handling, and deal strategy through close. Partner with account executives and internal teams while engaging engineering, IT, security, finance, and executive stakeholders. Help establish repeatable messaging, sales plays, qualification criteria, and go-to-market processes for Ramp’s emerging AI business.

Design and execute high-touch ABM campaigns for strategic enterprise accounts: research buying committees, run multi-channel plays (direct mail, gifting, executive engagement, events, tailored content), embed in sales processes, measure pipeline metrics (stage progression, meetings, velocity, closed-won), and productize bespoke tactics for scale.
