Ensure compliance with IATF 16949/ISO 14001 and internal quality systems; develop and validate processes (PPAP, APQP), lead problem-solving teams, audit QMS/EMS and suppliers, handle customer complaints, prepare quality documentation, and support production quality through inspection plans, SPC, and supplier interaction.

Manage and coordinate engineering and production activities, lead R&D projects, hire/build teams, provide clear instructions, ensure product quality and management support, collaborate with other managers, and maintain safety and manufacturing-floor presence.

Partnering with the CFO, build and maintain financial models, run scenario analyses, support annual and rolling forecasts, and analyze operational and product profitability. Drive manufacturing productivity, working capital, and pricing analyses; prepare executive materials and support strategic, capital, and transformation initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate operational data into actionable insights that influence EBITDA, cash flow, and long-range planning.
