Senior Roads Engineer responsible for geometric road design, 3D modelling, QA/QC of designs and calculations, managing small teams, producing CAD drawings to international standards, using Civil 3D and related tools, and collaborating across global offices.

Lead technical and project management for complex air quality dispersion modeling and environmental impact assessments using AERMOD/CALPUFF. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC, emissions inventories, regulatory interactions, client liaison, staff mentoring, proposal development, and integration with global teams.

Lead building physics and energy modelling work, deliver Part L compliance and energy strategies using IES/SAP, assess overheating and operational energy (TM54/NABERS), develop net-zero retrofit pathways, advise on certifications, mentor team members, and engage stakeholders across design and delivery.
