Leads health, safety, and environmental management for major EPC and EPCM projects from tendering through close-out. Responsibilities include risk assessment, HSE planning, contractor oversight, compliance, audits, incident investigations, training, KPI reporting, resource management, and stakeholder engagement. The role develops HSE requirements for contracts and procurement packages, supports project governance, manages HSE teams, advises leadership, and drives continuous improvement. Frequent travel to client and project sites is required.

Leads health, safety, and environmental management for major EPC and EPCM projects from tendering through closeout. Identifies risks, develops HSE plans and budgets, embeds requirements in contracts and procurement packages, oversees contractors and HSE personnel, manages audits and incident investigations, tracks KPIs, and ensures compliance with OSHA, ISO standards, client requirements, and company policies. Frequent travel to project and client sites is required.

Architecture technology and construction management interns will support senior constructing architects, architects, and lead designers on sustainable, high-profile international projects. Responsibilities include helping develop design solutions and solving challenging construction-related tasks. Applicants must be current students, proficient in Revit, and proactive communicators. The 20-week internship is based in Copenhagen and is intended to complement academic studies.
