Responsibilities include system integration, BMS/EPMS/DCIM design, security and fire systems coordination, network topology, technical documentation, vendor evaluation, FAT/SAT/IST testing, commissioning support, operator training, client engagement, and mentoring regional engineering teams.

Provides US-focused HR support, managing complex employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, pay-transparency requests, HR cases, and manager and employee guidance. Supports global HR process improvements, automation initiatives, and day-to-day ServiceNow and Workday operations. Requires strong knowledge of employment laws, confidentiality, cross-cultural collaboration, and HR service delivery in a multi-state environment.

Provides broad HR support across North America, focusing on complex employee relations, workplace investigations, accommodations, pay transparency requests, manager and employee guidance, and HR case resolution. The role supports ServiceNow and Workday processes, contributes to global HR projects and automation initiatives, and promotes continuous process improvement. Occasional travel may be required.
