Lead end-to-end export and domestic logistics operations, including shipment booking, documentation, customs compliance, freight coordination, tracking, and delivery. Manage relationships with customs house agents, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and vendors. Negotiate freight rates, monitor performance, resolve operational issues, oversee export incentives and LC documentation, lead the logistics team, and improve processes while controlling costs and delays.

Manage the complete finance and accounting function, including financial reporting, treasury, banking, taxation, audits, budgeting, costing, inventory valuation, and compliance. Lead accounting operations, oversee export finance and documentation, coordinate with banks and auditors, prepare forecasts and management reports, improve financial controls, and mentor the finance team. The role supports manufacturing operations through cost analysis, inventory reconciliation, working capital management, and strategic financial planning.
