Support project engineers in designing aerospace components: perform calculations, tolerance and reliability analyses, create 3D CAD models and drawings, support production transition, process engineering changes, troubleshoot failures, manage schedules, and collaborate with customers, quality, and manufacturing.

Lead quality for ISO Class 7 cleanroom aerospace hardware. Collaborate on design reviews, control contamination, perform root cause analysis (8D/5 Whys/Fishbone), host audits and customer readiness reviews, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).

Support facility startup and manufacturing engineering tasks including documentation, process flow and time studies, workstation layout, data collection, Lean continuous-improvement projects, and cross-functional reporting to ensure production readiness and operational excellence.

Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team, manage calendars and travel, run front-desk operations, assist Finance with expense processing, support HR onboarding and Operations with reporting and logistics, maintain communications and company LinkedIn, and handle confidential materials. Serve as primary office contact and coordinate cross-departmental administrative tasks.
