Provides supervised entry-level IT support, including helpdesk ticket assistance, workstation setup, hardware deployment, inventory tracking, documentation, and general support tasks. The intern will assist engineering and manufacturing teams while developing practical troubleshooting and IT support skills in a part-time, fast-paced environment.

Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across aerospace manufacturing operations. Facilitate kaizen events, analyze production processes and throughput data, eliminate waste, establish standard work, manage operational KPIs, and drive root-cause problem solving. Train employees and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to implement measurable improvements in throughput, cost, quality, and delivery.

Support project engineers in designing aerospace components: perform calculations, tolerance and reliability analyses, create 3D CAD models and drawings, support production transition, process engineering changes, troubleshoot failures, manage schedules, and collaborate with customers, quality, and manufacturing.

Lead quality for ISO Class 7 cleanroom aerospace hardware. Collaborate on design reviews, control contamination, perform root cause analysis (8D/5 Whys/Fishbone), host audits and customer readiness reviews, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
