Support manufacturing engineering on the shop floor by assisting with plant layouts, tooling and fixture design, process mapping (VSM), Lean/Kaizen activities, documentation, equipment support, and operator training to improve production flow and quality.

Lead a hands-on janitorial team in a precision aerospace facility, performing and coordinating cleaning tasks, enforcing safety and chemical protocols, conducting inspections and FOD prevention, managing supplies/inventory, scheduling/timekeeping, and partnering with production, quality, and maintenance to support manufacturing operations.

Support project engineers in designing aerospace components: perform calculations, tolerance and reliability analyses, create 3D CAD models and drawings, support production transition, process engineering changes, troubleshoot failures, manage schedules, and collaborate with customers, quality, and manufacturing.
